Volunteer

Making Abilities Count appreciates the community’s involvement with the center. The following opportunities are available for potential volunteers:

 

• Special Olympic Coach

• Special Olympic Volunteer - assisting athletes in practice and at the events they participate in, playing on a unified team with athletes

• Special Olympic Partner

• Assistance with Gardening

• Classroom Volunteers

• Painting

• Yard Work

• Carpentry

 

The Center also needs Community to Professionals, such as Master Gardeners, Dentists, Fire Fighters, etc., to provide educational opportunities for the children and adults that we serve.
